Croatia Boosts UK Tourism Push with ‘Adriatic Icons’ Roadshow

Croatia has stepped up efforts to attract British travellers with a high-profile promotional roadshow held across four UK cities — Edinburgh, Manchester, Bristol and Dorking.
The event, titled "Legends of the Adriatic – Adriatic Icons,” was organised by the Croatian National Tourist Board to strengthen the country’s position on the UK market and deepen partnerships with travel agents.
Around 200 British agents attended a series of presentations and networking sessions showcasing Croatia’s latest tourism offer, with a particular focus on luxury travel, island-hopping and nautical experiences. Interest in Croatian destinations continues to grow among UK travellers, according to organisers.
Bisera Fabrio, director of the UK office of the Croatian National Tourist Board, said the roadshow highlighted Croatia’s accessibility, safety and diversity, while also promoting lesser-known destinations alongside established favourites.
The events were held at prestigious venues across the UK and organised in partnership with Travel Bulletin. Participants included regional tourist boards and industry partners such as Croatia Airlines, which supported the initiative with flight giveaways.
The roadshow marks a continued push to position Croatia as a leading European destination for premium and experiential travel.
