New Gdańsk–Dubrovnik Flights Make Southern Croatia Easier for Polish Digital Nomads

Dubrovnik is set to become even more accessible for Polish digital nomads next summer, as Ryanair launches a new seasonal route connecting Gdańsk with Croatia’s southernmost city.
Starting on 4 June, the new service will operate twice weekly, on Thursdays and Sundays, offering an easy and affordable connection from Poland’s Trójmiasto region to one of the Adriatic’s most liveable remote-work destinations. The schedule is ideal for longer stays, flexible arrivals, and location-independent professionals looking to combine work with a Mediterranean lifestyle.
The new Dubrovnik route is part of Ryanair’s broader expansion at Gdańsk Airport, where the airline is adding a sixth aircraft and opening four new leisure routes for summer. Alongside Dubrovnik, Ryanair will also introduce flights to Palermo, Tirana and Bucharest — but Dubrovnik stands out for those seeking a safe, walkable city with reliable infrastructure, fast internet and a growing international remote-work community.
With co-working spaces, a strong café culture, excellent transport links and easy access to beaches, hiking trails and island escapes, Dubrovnik has increasingly positioned itself as more than just a short-stay holiday destination. For Polish digital nomads, the new direct connection from Gdańsk removes one of the last barriers — making it easier than ever to base themselves on the Adriatic while staying connected to home.
