Saturday Winter Mornings in Dubrovnik – Free Guided Tours and Traditional Folklore
Discover Dubrovnik beyond its famous city walls with free guided walking tours and traditional folklore performances every Saturday this winter.
The Dubrovnik Tourist Board is bringing back its popular Saturday Winter Mornings programme, offering visitors, digital nomads and residents a wonderful opportunity to explore the city’s fascinating history, cultural heritage and local traditions.
Starting on Saturday, 7 November 2026, the programme features free themed walking tours led by professional local guides, followed by traditional folklore performances in the heart of the Old City.
Explore Dubrovnik’s Hidden Stories
During the first six Saturdays, the featured tour, “Cosmopolitan Dubrovnik,” will explore the city’s remarkable history of religious tolerance, different communities and centuries of peaceful coexistence.
Later tours will introduce participants to other fascinating aspects of Dubrovnik’s heritage, including traditional Christmas carols, historic love stories, the Festivity of St. Blaise, Renaissance water systems and the city’s historic gardens.
For digital nomads and international residents, it’s a fantastic way to discover the stories behind the city they call their temporary home.
