Dubrovnik Surpasses One Million Overnight Stays by May 31st, Marking a Major Tourism Milestone

The Dubrovnik Tourist Board has announced fantastic news: by May 31st this year, the city has surpassed one million overnight stays!

From January 1st to May 31st, Dubrovnik recorded 358,813 arrivals, showing a notable increase compared to 308,449 arrivals during the same period last year.

The growth in overnight stays is even more impressive. This year, a total of 1,000,758 overnight stays were recorded by May 31st, nearly 200,000 more than last year’s 826,406, according to the e-visitor system.

The majority of visitors came from the United Kingdom, the USA, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Finland, Canada, Croatia, and Australia. On June 1st alone, the e-visitor system registered 6,156 arrivals and 18,148 overnight stays.
