Dubrovnik Spring Gourmet Days – a tasty event

The Dubrovnik Tourist Board, in collaboration with Dubrovnik restaurateurs, is organizing the traditional gastronomic event Dubrovnik Spring Gourmet Days, which will take place from April 10 to 23, in numerous Dubrovnik restaurants.

Dubrovnik restaurant chefs, inspired by fresh spring foods, have prepared imaginative and delicious treats and specialties for all visitors. During this two-week gastronomic event, it will be possible to enjoy dishes designed and created for this year’s gourmet experience, such as monkfish, shrimp, oyster au gratin and much more.
