6th Session of the Assembly of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board held

On Monday, March 20, in the Hotel Rixos Premium Dubrovnik, the 6th Session of the Assembly of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board was held, where all items on the agenda were unanimously adopted. And they were a report on the execution of the Work Program with financial statement for 2022, the director’s report on to work, the report on the work of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board for 2022, the report of the independent auditor on the performed supervision of the business and the report of the independent auditor on the audit of financial statements.

At the session, an auditor was also selected for business supervision for 2023, Romano Dedović, from the company Konfidenc.

And representatives were elected to the Assembly of Dubrovnik-Neretva County Tourist Board – Ivan Josip Karlić (Valamar Riviera dd), Hrvoje Šanje (ALH), Srđan Meštrović (Royal Hotels and Resort doo), Srđan Pujo (Hotel Lero), Vivian Kuculo (Hotel Lapad), Dijana Urlić Obuljen (renter) and Kristijan Pavić (ACI).

The director of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board presented the report on the execution of the Work Program with the financial report for the year 2022 and referred to the activities carried out so far, last year’s results, and plans for the upcoming season.
